Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialising in industrial raw materials, chemicals and additives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow existing business.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
  • Deliver product and service advice to clients.
  • Identify and determine key market trends and make actionable recommendations for business improvements
  • Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Manage current principals and forge healthy relationship with key supply partners
  • Prepare all sales and information reports accurately and submit in a timely manner
  • Capture all information timely onto Oomph CRM/SCM and maintain key contact data accurately
