EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the events technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy Development
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the event industry.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential segments for business expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify prospective clients, including event organizers, corporations, venues, and agencies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align company offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, pitching, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the company’s offerings align with market needs.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology solutions to existing and new clients.
- Deliver on revenue and growth targets through effective lead generation and closing strategies.
- Event Participation & Networking
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and build brand awareness.
- Establish a strong presence in the event technology ecosystem to generate business leads.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Use CRM and data analytics tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast growth.
