Description:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Master’s degree or specialized certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales and marketing, with a minimum of 1 year (at least) in a managerial role; preferably in education sector.
The Role: You will be responsible to generate business leads, strategic planning & execute campaigns that boost revenue and increase market share. The position would also work closely with the school branch managers to drive revenue, research and formulate sales and marketing opportunities and thereby implement new sales plans.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets, evaluate business needs and establish targets and performance metrics.
- Meet budget and revenue targets, review work of multiple teams, evaluate market/industry trends and competition.
- To generate more leads via Local market events and increase the leads to tour ratios
- Actively seek new business opportunities using effective marketing/advertising campaigns and other PR activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to update management on the sales progress.
- Increase student referral and retention ratios
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the company’s competitiveness
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data and make decisions to optimize sales operations and resource allocation.
- Build local and corporate partnerships.
- Coordinate and assist during facility tours and parent engagement activities.
- Complaint resolution and attending all parent facing events
