JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our client base.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development Events and Marketing Companies
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- UAE driving license is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and business development activities to senior management
