We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as project manager for the most important strategic development initiatives across the business
  • Create analyses and materials to support the annual strategy process with the Marimekko Management Board
  • Create complex financial models to evaluate profitability of potential strategies and/or initiatives

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU HAVE:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent
  • 5+ of working experience in management consulting or in international consumer/retail/brand companies in a strategy role
  • Very strong analytical skills (incl. advanced Excel) with ability to present data and insights effectively
  • Solid financial expertise and understanding of the mechanisms of profitable business
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to make things happen in good spirit by inspiring and getting everyone on board
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in global omnichannel retail and/or consumer products particularly in Asia considered an advantage
