You will be a master of your craft whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to act with integrity at all times. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Represent the brand in all catering and event sales activities in line with W Hotels and Marriott International’s corporate strategies with support from the DOSD
• Have a strong strategic understanding of market opportunities and future trends
• Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them
• Targets group/catering accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation
• Responsible for the day to day leadership, supervision and management of the Sales Executives working in the department supported by the DOSD
• Develops effective group/catering sales plans and actions
• With DOSD, set, implement and manage banquet room selling guidelines and pricing
