Across the US and LATAM, our offices are residence to our B2B ingredients brand NZMP focused on Active Living, Medical Nutrition and Fresh Core Dairy team who concentrate on delivering specialty ingredients and dairy solutions and innovations to our partners and customers.
In addition to NZMP; you will also find our Anchor Food Professionals food service brand teams working to deliver our grass fed dairy products, bringing solutions to the food service industry.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a passionate people person, who has excellent attention to detail and loves a challenge. You will have 4-5 years demonstrated foodservice sales experience under your belt and be looking for a role within a large global organisation like Fonterra that offers excellent training and progression opportunities.
You will have an infectious energy, and enthusiastic focus on your work, as well as having an eye for detail and an understanding of working to urgent timeframes and conflicting deadlines.
You will also have:
- Capable of implementing Sales Strategies, Techniques and Applications
- Able to develop and implement Sales Plans with a customer base
- High level of numerical analysis aptitudes and tech savvy computer skills across Microsoft Office
- Understanding of the Food service channel and most important KPIs.
- Able to develop and understand a P&L.
- Experience in managing a distributor network. (preferred)
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Studies (i.e. Marketing, Management etc.) is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute businesses strategies and business plans with key Food Service customers
- Direct relation and negotiation with distributors and final operators
- Monitor and report on competitive activities and make recommendations as necessary
- Participate in Trade Shows representing Anchor FP
- Detail and leverage specific sales and marketing promotional activities to achieve objectives
- Develop strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers
- Support for selected distributor customers
