We are expanding our sales team.
Do you have previous sales experience?
We are in the telecoms and IT markets, so any previous experience within the Telecoms industry selling Lines and Calls, Telephone Systems, Leased Line, and IP Telephony is an advantage. However, it doesn’t matter if you do not have this, we just need to you have a passion or general interest in technology. We can teach the products and services, but you must understand what you are selling.
This role is to help lead our growth across SME and larger business. You will be responsible for driving new business relationships, boosting revenues, and championing our products and services. You will be the expert, support the sales team, and play a key role in our success.

Main duties:

  • Hit all ’New Business’ targets by winning new accounts and developing existing ones.
  • Meet KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.
  • Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver both online and face to face presentations on all IT and technology products and services.
  • Efficiently manage contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Be able to accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
  • Evaluate market information, competitor activity, and client responses for strategic sales approaches.

We are looking for you to be able to demonstrate previous success in high-growth, entrepreneurial team environments. That you can confidently meet KPIs and monthly targets and that you are not scared to pick you the phone to potential clients.
Hopefully you will have experience in effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills.
Resilience and tenacity are required in any sales role but if you have a positive and motivational mindset you will thrive in this business and with the training and support, we will give, you should be earning £70k - £90k within your first year as our commission is uncapped.
