Description:

You’ll develop a vibrant partner ecosystem across all MSP Corp Business Units nationwide, fostering growth and enthusiasm.

Your commitment to exceptional customer service and quality industry solutions will be paramount as you collaborate with specialized sales and technical associates within the MSP Corp Ecosystem.

  • Develop business strategies and opportunities with new and existing customers to expand and build relationships.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential new customers, markets, products, and services.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical aptitude for Lenovo solutions along with a general understanding of cloud, infrastructure, IT security solutions
  • Experience in customer management/consulting skills.
  • Excellent personal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to plan and implement marketing plans and business strategies.
  • A strong natural influencer who engages with all stakeholders to build credible, high-quality relationships.
  • A Hunter mindset with a passion for technology and a proven professional sales record.
  • Commercial sensitivity and uncompromising ethics.
  • A high degree of commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to details and Demonstrated ability to perform and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to meet and exceed expectations with limited supervision.

Your KPI:

  • Year-over-year growth of our Lenovo line of business.
  • Attain Quota Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly, While following up on all Leads generated
  • Growth of our pipeline of Lenovo opportunities.
  • Net new logo wins monthly, while executing sales activities within all BUs on a weekly basis
  • Successful campaigns for Lenovo & Report pipeline and forecast to all stakeholder’s weekly.
  • Building relationships with Lenovo Field and our Sales Team.
  • Win rate percentage on all leads provided.
  • Support pricing negotiations and incentive programs to close businesses.
  • Proactively call into established targeted accounts, Existing and net new accounts in the market
  • Follow-up on and qualify leads, provide monthly reporting of sales, wins, losses and sales inhibitors to your manager.
  • Collaborate with the Lenovo team, as well as the Partner & Product Marketing (PPM) team to support a go-to-market strategy.
