After successfully securing a £45 million investment to fuel our ongoing growth and to further invest in our AI products, we are looking to hire a Business Development Manager. You will focus on expanding our presence across the UK&I region.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales UK&I, you will be a passionate, high-energy, hands-on, Business Development Manager who can demonstrate experience in developing regional sales, ideally within a growth business, in the Financial Crime and Fraud Risk Management vertical.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • You should have a proven track record as a top-performing Regional Sales Manager and a consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Commercial instinct to determine which opportunities to prioritize
  • An understanding of change management and how complex projects are procured, including implementation and delivery is a must
  • Knowledge of how to apply solution selling methodologies including MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, and Value Selling is beneficial

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Territory Planning - Develop a Sales Territory Plan for your target market/segment
  • Sales Quarterback skills - Strong Sales Process & Deal Management behaviors around deal reviews, MEDDIC adherence, higher average deal size, shortening the sales cycle, improving our win/loss ratio, and better pricing & contractual negotiations skills
  • Presentation skills & proposal management skills - Delivering high-quality proposals, RFI’s, RFP’s Exec summaries, rate cards, how you prepare for presentations, etc.
  • Teamwork & collaboration with other sales colleagues to share best practices and collaborate with other functions across the business
  • Centre’s of Influence - staying connected and relevant to the industry’s key influencers and partners in your respective territories/markets
