JOB SUMMARY- FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for our busy facilities management company to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the facilities management , building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for managing leads and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
