Description:
Business Leadership: Oversee and drive the growth of the NB MNT device business segment, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands.
Market Expansion: Strategically identify and penetrate target regional markets. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover insights and develop innovative marketing strategies in niche areas.
Client Strategy Development : Formulate and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients, including brand clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders. Manage these relationships independently to maximize business opportunities.
Sales Acquisition: Proactively generate sales leads and convert opportunities into orders. Evaluate and manage risks throughout the negotiation process to secure favorable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Integrate and coordinate internal resources to support business development initiatives, ensuring successful project implementation and alignment with client needs.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience : A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in R&D, technology, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the NB MNT device sector.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese is essential for local interactions, along with a strong command of English for effective communication in a global business environment.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in launching new business ventures and managing client relationships in challenging markets.
Demonstrated success in overseas markets, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, showcasing adaptability and cultural awareness
