QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business development, sales, or a field related to our services and products. Relevant work experience with proven track record in a similar role can compensate for the lack of education.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with B2B sales and negotiations, with proven track record in new business sales.
  • 5–10-year industry experience within energy, public sector, finance, and healthcare.
  • Knowledge within Technology, Management Consulting and/or Business Architecture.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in Norwegian and English.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian are required.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Arribatec, you will manage your own sales budget and accounts while working within a supportive team. You will drive growth, profitability, and brand presence by selling consultancy services and software products. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients in the Scandinavian market through key technology partners, possibly including commercial partner management.

  • Generate leads via networking, outreach, and third parties.
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential Nordic clients.
  • Prepare presentations and strategies with consultants/partners.
  • Coordinate and prepare tenders for private/public sectors.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Build a sales pipeline using partner technologies.
  • Lead sales processes from generation to closing.
  • Conduct demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Manage bids for private/public sectors.
  • Focus on new business account management.
  • Maintain a network for lead generation.
  • Mentor and support colleagues.
  • Handle Hubspot, Loopio, ERP, and Oneflow.
  • Approve/sign contracts per Delegation of Authority.
