Responsibilities:
Based in New Zealand, this is a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant, energetic Business Development Manager.
Leveraging a strong history of successful sales / business development performance, you will be responsible for driving TWG’s foray into the New Zealand market.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop and execute business building strategies for potential clients in the hospitality industry.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Business Development (based in Australia), the Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Developing a credible and targeted BD opportunity pipeline
- Successfully converting profitable growth from pipeline opportunities.
- Leading the NZ tender process - including tender submissions, presentations and follow up as necessary to ensure business is secured.
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Prepare the budget and business plan for new business.
- Relationship Management – identify, build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders to secure credibility and trust in the TWG brand.
- Developing new markets - identify new business opportunities that will complement the existing business focus and deliver profitable growth.
