We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our commercial sales and growth strategy across the North of England, on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week.
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible identifying opportunities for growth and developing new and existing customer relationships. It will be vital that you get to know our customers as well as our complex business offer. Gaining a real understanding of our customers’ needs, challenging when necessary and delivering a solution that exceeds their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Building customer relationships and promoting growth through networking opportunities, market research, field-based activity, and social media
  • Tailoring sales proposals to meet individual customer requirements to defined timeframes in line with company policies and procedures
  • Identifying key initiatives that will enhance service delivery, and support us developing innovative solutions for our customers
  • Working collaboratively with Management, Operational teams and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for our customers
