Description:

NRG7, a leading wholesaler of Heat Pump is seeking a full time Sales Account Executives for it’s Heat Pump department in the state of Victoria to be part of its dynamic sales team. SKILLS

  • Demonstrated sales experience selling Hot Water Systems or HVAC applied products within the nominated territories.
  • To provide technical product support to all customers.
  • Proven customer relationship and business development within the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to use statistics to identify opportunities and apply commercial approach to execution.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or Trade qualification preferred but not essential.

EXPERIENCE

  • Evidence of a minimum 1-2 years’ experience within the HVAC industry within the nominated territories.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage all day-to-day elements of the ENEFT Heat Pump Business, operational and marketing relationships in conjunction with the Operations and Sales team , across the nominated territories.
  • To manage and drive key relationships with Heat Pump Hot Water trade partners and internally within to ensure strategic direction and objectives are achieved.
  • To drive and grow the sales performance of your territories to achieve a strong YOY Growth in line with corporate and commercial objectives.
  • To be the face of ENEFT within our Heat Pump trade customers - ensuring all the stores within your territory are given the necessary sales support to achieve the sales KPI’s within these territories.
  • Build the necessary relationships at all levels within retail networks within your territories to drive successful results.
  • Deliver “over and above” standards of representation, to enhance ENEFT’s reputation amongst our customers.
