Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager to join the OneHealth team. This role is based in Lagos and involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing growth strategies, and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive revenue reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual activity and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update the sales funnel or customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle to enhance satisfaction and drive organizational revenue.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients by identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and conducting market research to educate clients on OneHealth’s products and services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Health/Pharma Sales and Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Strong experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
