Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading sales teams with a track record of
exceeding sales targets.
- Strong evidence-based change management skills in shifting culture and
implementing successful sales strategies.
- An inclusive leadership style that works collaboratively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A demonstrated passion for community involvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is an asset.
