Responsibilities:

  1. Contracts and growth opportunities:
  • In partnership with the contracts and grants manager, developing plans to maximize and expand current program contracts;
  • Exploring new services and programs aligned to the organization’s mission and responsive to community needs;
  1. Partnership development:
  • Identifying, cultivating, and securing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, government agencies, and other nonprofits aligned with the mission and goals of the organization;
  • Developing a deep understanding of potential partners’ needs and priorities to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  1. Relationship management and collaboration:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective business partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to leverage partnerships for maximum impact, including program development, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment and coordination in partnership activities;
  1. Contract negotiation and management:
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring clear terms and expectations for both parties;
  • Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, tracking key metrics and outcomes to assess impact and inform future strategies.
  1. Communication:
  • Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on partnership activities, successes, and challenges.
  • Providing ongoing analysis and recommendations on business development opportunities.
