Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase customer engagement / raise awareness of Sonovision Limited and its services
  • Promote our extensive industry expertise
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop these into prosperous relationships
  • Be an ambassador for the company, showcasing not only our skills and expertise, but also our underpinning principals of Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction and Innovation
  • Understand our Customers, their marketplace and the challenges they face – present them with solutions tailored to their needs, not an out-the-box solution

THE SKILLS TO UNDERPIN THE AMBITION

  • Extensive knowledge of developing business for a ‘Service’ company – sell our people and their capabilities
  • Previous experience with Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Technical Training Services a distinct advantage.
  • Proven experience of writing and budgeting technical and commercial proposals
  • Ability to work alongside our production team to develop innovative solutions
  • Established methods of relationship management, with customer’s new and old, maximizing potential leads and cross-selling opportunities
  • An understanding of social media, its marketing potential and its implementation to promote the company’s online presence.
  • Accurate and auditable Customer Relationship Management
  • Be part of our industrial community – active presence at Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Conferences
