The Manager, Business Development serves as the primary contact with our clients and affiliates. This role is responsible for developing client relationships and managing the sales representation of the company, aiming to achieve B2B and B2C results for assigned client groups. The Business Development Manager will work closely with Finance, Operations and Marketing with the main goal of meeting and exceeding the financial goals established. Additionally, the Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales from the assigned regional accounts via new affiliations, B2B2C sales, new business and other services to continue growing and maintaining our market share and positioning of RCI leaders within the vacation ownership industry.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent travel required to adequately cover assigned territory service clients and attend industry/company conferences (Caribbean and US, Mexico). 50% the time with varying destinations required.
