WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TO HELP FUEL OUR CONTINUED GROWTH!
As a high-growth company, we’re seeking a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for sustainability, innovation, and shaping a better future.
In this role, you will lead sales efforts across the European market, driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will promote our growth segments, including Sensitive Surface and/or Hygiene.
You will play a key role in building new business opportunities from scratch, requiring a structured approach and a long-term perspective. You’ll work closely with our Segment Directors to build and execute long-term strategies focused on our growth products.

Responsibilities:
- Be part of building the business from scratch alongside Segment Directors, focusing on long-term growth and market creation.
- Proactively approach potential customers and develop a deep understanding of Paptic materials to educate customers about features, benefits, and pricing.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding our impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving their commitment to sustainable packaging
