QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related areas.
  • 5 years of experience strategically managing key accounts in the finance, telecommunications and retail sectors, cultivating strong relationships and understanding customer needs to deliver high-value solutions, within startups or fast-growth environments.
  • Thinking creatively, identifying problems, developing innovative effective solutions and making informed decisions, in order to adapt quickly to market changes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Skill to lead multifunctional teams, inspire confidence, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed established targets, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintaining clear and persuasive communication facilitates the presentation of reports, results and proposals to management and other key stakeholders, included Interdepartmental collaboration to effectively execute business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for accelerating the country’s omnichannel growth by not only managing and expanding relationships with key corporate accounts but also by discovering new business ventures and distribution channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage relationships with key accounts in the currenty customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; Identifing and prioritize growth opportunities with existing and potential clients that have high profitability potential.
  • Innovating and implementing strategies to maximize profitability and market penetration in a highly competitive market, while staying ahead of industry trends; and maximize opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts that ensure mutual long-term benefits for all parties involved.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to align business objectives and deliver seamless experiences across multiple channels.
