JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the clinical or laboratory industry. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and promoting our clinical and laboratory services across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target prospective clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Present customized solutions and proposals to clients tailored to their requirements.
- Service Promotion and Market Expansion:
- Promote the organization’s clinical and laboratory services to ensure a strong market presence.
- Organize and attend events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Revenue Generation and Growth:
- Drive sales efforts to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and manage existing accounts effectively.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and market insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the clinical or laboratory sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Administration. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical/laboratory services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
