Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who lives and breathes search and social media platforms and content creation to join our rapidly growing agency working on a range of national and international brands.
You will be working with our client services, creative, production, strategy & social teams to deliver high-impact social content & paid media content marketing strategies.
Our client services team is rapidly growing, so there is a great opportunity for growth & development. We’re looking for a ‘do-er’ and ‘go-getter’, someone who will take the reins and own it.
You will ensure an exceptional level of client service by anticipating and managing client needs, optimising internal resources, driving successful sales initiatives, maintaining profitability, and going the extra mile to represent and elevate our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and attend regular client events with the Head of Growth, engaging both current clients and prospects.
  • Actively seek out, re-engage, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Proactively manage and maintain your own sales pipeline.
  • Generate leads through active outreach and prospecting.
  • Develop, update, and manage a list of target accounts.
  • Leverage LinkedIn as a sales tool to showcase both your expertise and our offerings.
  • Create and coordinate personalised proposals to effectively communicate PinPoint Media’s offerings.
  • Attend networking and industry events.
  • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Maintain and build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Services team.
  • Contribute to new marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Create accurate quotations and proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
