WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

  • Fully proficient Polish & English speaker
  • Professional working proficiency in a third language will be preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales and/or key account management, preferably in travel-related product
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • A global mindset and comfort working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones.
  • A collaborative attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Experience working with a CRM and a willingness to learn and use new tools.

Responsibilities:

‍THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Poland to join our Business Team. You will lead our sales efforts and expansion in Poland. You will represent Headout to our Supply Partners in the region, reporting directly to the General Manager, CEE.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL?

  • Innovate. You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in the Poland region.
  • Cultivate. Continuously develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues.
  • Collaborate. Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
  • Analyze. Identify market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.
