QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

PMG seeks dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Associate. This role is focused on identifying, connecting with, and introducing new enterprise and medium-sized business clients to PMG across any of our service areas, including People & Organizations, Operations & Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Customer Experience, Branding & Marketing, and BPO & Fractional Talent.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role. As an Outside Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and generating qualified leads. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your strong networking and communication skills to position PMG as the preferred partner for our clients’ most critical business challenges.
High performers in this role will earn significant commissions and bonuses based on their success in generating new business. Top performers will also be considered for accelerated career growth within PMG, including potential for international sponsorship to relocate to Canada and further expand your career potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within our target industries. These typically include technology, finance, software, hospitality, government, restaurants, private equity, and education.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of PMG’s services.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within Salesforce.
  • Networking: Actively participate in industry events and conferences to expand your professional network and generate new leads.
