Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Business Development Fruit & Veg in the development and delivery of the commodity growth strategy.
- Ownership of regional specific portfolio and growth strategy for WA, including delivery of specific revenue and gross margin targets (for Fruit & Veg).
- Identify,, develop and convert new business opportunities & leads in WA, with strategic guidance from Head of Business Development
- Lead the delivery of new commercial strategies that generate business growth within established networks and new business partners across the network.
- Drive a customer centric culture and account management approach to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong organic growth and retention of existing customer portfolio.Whilst this is primarily a Fruit & Veg category focused role, responsibility to unlock growth opportunities across commodities (including both ambient and temperature control) sits under the Business Development Manager’s remit.
