Reporting to the QLD State Sales Manager, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who is eager to make a significant impact with both current and potential customers in our Brisbane and Gold Coast territory. This is a permanent full-time position.
As our Business Development Manager for QLD, your responsibilities will include:
Sales: Achieving sales targets by networking with existing and prospective accounts.
Account Management: Retaining our current customer base by providing outstanding service, building relationships based on knowledge and trust, and maximizing opportunities for business growth. This includes keeping account details up to date and maintaining an accurate understanding of client business health.
Coffee & Hospitality Skills: Conducting training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops, providing minor technical support, and maintaining equipment.
This isn’t your typical sales role; we offer a fun and relaxed environment with endless opportunities for growth. You’ll work with fantastic products and leading cafes, using your upbeat personality and exceptional sales and coffee skills to contribute to team success and deliver impactful customer experiences.

You have a passion for great coffee and are eager to become an expert in the specialty coffee industry. You are ready to put in the effort to expand Veneziano’s presence in the Queensland market.
