QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma, or Degree in Business, or technical program, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience 2-3 years of Sales, Administration, Account Management or equivalent work experience and exceptional customer service experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience including prior experience in manufacturing and/or recycling environment.
  • Knowledge of Electronics or Commodities is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on leads and adding accounts to the overall book of business.
  • Responsible for all facets of new account set up; work with various internal departments including but not limited to Finance, Logistics, etc. to ensure expectations are met.
  • Act as a resource to resolve problems and provide creative solutions to maximize department efficiencies and processes.
  • Ensure Operations teams have been provided with processing instructions and all customer specific requirements are met.
  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day management of Quantum Accounts
  • Prepare, analyze, and provide feedback to Business Development representatives pertaining to pricing, profitability, efficiency, etc.
  • Clearly communicate any customer dissatisfaction or potential quality issues internally and escalate it where appropriate for swift resolution.
  • Maintain and update client records; communicate, monitor, and ensure proper service set up within assigned portfolio.
  • Provide support to the facility managers and executive teams while looking for new opportunities to grow the business.

  • Must be able to drive and travel to various locations and or client facilities
