Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and expand the company’s client portfolio. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Provide exceptional client service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities. Analyze market data to make informed decisions and recommendations for business expansion.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are converted into successful transactions. Provide training and support to sales agents on best practices for client engagement and closing deals.
- Networking & Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to represent the company and foster business connections. Build a strong professional network to enhance the company’s reputation in the market.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Set and monitor business development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate sector in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
