Account Managers have a critical role in providing customer acquisition.
REQUIREMENTS
Min 2-4 year’s experience in B2B SaaS business.
- A good understanding of the sales process.
- Champion mindset.
- Quick learner of IT concepts and software.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and generate your own leads.
- Attend to inbound leads.
- Meeting and/or exceeding set monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Delivering outstanding discovery/sales demonstration meetings.
- Delivering outstanding product demonstrations.
- Maintaining client and prospect records within CyberArrow’s CRM system.
- Educating clients and answering their questions about products, prices etc.
- Promote customer loyalty and act as a customer advocate.
- Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
