Account Managers have a critical role in providing customer acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS

Min 2-4 year’s experience in B2B SaaS business.

  • A good understanding of the sales process.
  • Champion mindset.
  • Quick learner of IT concepts and software.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and generate your own leads.
  • Attend to inbound leads.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding set monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Delivering outstanding discovery/sales demonstration meetings.
  • Delivering outstanding product demonstrations.
  • Maintaining client and prospect records within CyberArrow’s CRM system.
  • Educating clients and answering their questions about products, prices etc.
  • Promote customer loyalty and act as a customer advocate.
  • Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
