Description:

Ultrachem designs and manufactures advanced synthetic products with a forward-looking approach to the market, applications and customer solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business required, MBA preferred
- 5+ years experience in a similar business development and / or and key account management
- Proven experience in initiating, managing, and closing sales processes in rotary motion segment targets
- Technical knowledge of industrial applications preferred; experience with lubricants/specialty chemicals is a plus
- Proficiency in use of MS-Office 360 applications and CRM (Salesforce desired)
- Up to 60% travel primarily within the US in addition to Canada and Mexico depending upon business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively develops business opportunities with existing and new target accounts
- Operates in a global BDM network to drive new opportunities in the US market
- Coordinates business regionally as an interface between the Key Account and FUCHS stakeholders
- Assists in negotiating supply agreements along with terms and conditions
