BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - NOOSA BASE
Develop Signarama Noosa franchise from existing workshop in Maroochydore.
Product Categories: Anything and everything to do with signage.
Territory: Sunshine Coast with a focus on Noosa and surrounding areas. If desired, territory can expand to include all of Sunshine Coast and Northern Brisbane as we own and operate 3 Signarama franchises: Noosa, Maroochydore, and North Lakes. We have the exclusive Signarama territory from Noosa south to North Lakes in Brisbane. At this point, we want to focus on developing the Signarama Noosa franchise further.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and develop new and existing business relationships. A proven track record in this area will be an important factor in the success of the role. Strong customer service will also be key to achieving successful customer relationships in order to attain your budgeted sale targets.
Your determination, passion, personal motivation to succeed and ability to work autonomously will ensure your success in this role.
Ideally you have at least 1 of the following:
- Business Development Experience in Noosa
- Signage expertise
YOUR SKILLS:
- Focus, ability to plan, and organize your daily tasks
- Quoting, account management and client relationship skills
- General understanding of signage or a similar industry, as well as an aptitude for learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Honest, Independent and hard working
- Strong customer service focus

The Noosa franchise has a large amount of potential to grow and needs someone with a solid base in the area.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Business Development Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Owner and working closely with the Maroochydore Manager for all quoting and administrative tasks. Note that all signs will be designed, made, and installed through the Maroochydore workshop. However we want to cultivate a Signarama Noosa identity as this is important to our clientele. As this is an autonomous role, you will need to be a motivated sales professional eager to perform and succeed in achieving your sales targets as set by the Owner and/or the Maroochydore Manager.
Your role is to find and create strong relationships throughout the Noosa business community.
