JOB OVERVIEW
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. This role requires an individual skilled in networking, possesses a keen business acumen, and has a solid understanding of market trends. He or she will play a key role in the company’s expansion, focusing on both client acquisition and fostering long-term relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the hospitality industry.

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on sales growth and client relationships.
