SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated success in scaling national client accounts and securing new business, ideally within the lawn and garden or related service industries
• Whilst renowned for your drive to identify and close new business opportunities you will also have a flair for delivering high client satisfaction
• Solid understanding of financial management including margin delivery, tendering for both new and existing business, and experience in compliance and quality assurance
• Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive performance, measure revenue growth, and identify areas for improvement through detailed performance reports
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively deliver results aligned with the annual strategic plan

As the Business Development Manager, but with the finesse of a seasoned Key Account Manager, you’ll balance driving revenue growth through strategic new business acquisitions and initiatives whilst maintaining and nurturing national commercial accounts. The role not only allows you to showcase your BDM aspirations but also your commitment to delivering service excellence. You will actively identify new commercial opportunities, pursue new client relationships, and explore avenues for expansion, all the while ensuring existing accounts are managed to the highest standard.
