TF BANK IS LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER!
Our credit card department is growing, and we are seeking a skilled and engaged Business Development Manager to drive the development of our credit card products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably within the credit card market.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the credit card market.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new products in the credit card market.
- Identify and analyze new market opportunities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promote credit card products.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and routines within the credit card department.
