Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This role is integral to driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and proactive sales activities. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, developing new partnerships, managing a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring optimum client satisfaction across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, and logistics.
CUSTOMER EDUCATION AND PRESENTATIONS:
- Host professional and engaging online and in-person meetings with clients, educating them on the benefits of myRENZbox products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and support CPD sessions, acting as an ambassador for the brand.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Professional approach - representing a market leader.
- Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years) in a business development or sales role, ideally within the built environment, construction, or tech industries. Experience in parcel box solutions, SMART technology, or API integrations is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers, build rapport, and clearly communicate complex information.
- Proven ability to nurture and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, or similar) and strong administrative skills for managing customer data, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing business priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Sector knowledge in logistics, parcel management, and related technologies is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with SMART operations, cloud-based management systems, and API integrations is desirable but not essential.
