JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Development Manager at tinyBuild, you will play a key role in driving our partnerships with gaming platforms, developers, and other stakeholders in the gaming industry. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. You should be well-versed in the gaming ecosystem, experienced in negotiations, and able to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
- Experience working with gaming platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills at all levels of business, with an understanding of deal-making processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the video game industry, trends, and the ecosystem of platforms and developers.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and close deals with gaming platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and others.
- Negotiate agreements with game developers, defining terms for collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with gaming platforms, studios, and other companies in the industry.
- Prepare and finalize licensing and distribution agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
- Actively seek new partners for collaborations, marketing activities, and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, identifying new opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the gaming industry and platforms, staying updated on market trends and changes.
