We are looking for a Project Development Manager to join our growing team in London (hybrid).

• Project origination in collaboration with the other members of the team.
• Dealing and negotiating with landowners with regards to LOA, HOTs, Options to Lease, easement and wayleaves, purchase agreements, and other agreements.
• Managing relationships with land agents and solicitors during the land acquisition process and project acquisition due diligence.
• Stakeholder management and relationship building with landowners, local authorities, grid network operators and external consultants or advisors.
• Opportunities for professional development to broaden the role into the project management of development and permitting through grid connection requirements and planning consent; as well as sales and investment processes through project level transactions.
