The Role: We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic individual to step into the role of Business Development Manager. As a crucial member of our team, you’ll be instrumental in propelling our growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to extend our life-changing services. Your role directly impacts our expansion efforts and brings positive change to countless lives within our community.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within a service industry, preferably within In-Home Care.
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS Scheme, Aged Care Government Packages as well as Aged and Disability Services.
- A hunger for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while positively impacting lives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with Social Workers, Discharge planners, Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators, Mental Health Units, Community Organisations, Medical professionals and other key stakeholders for our in-home care services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market.
- Surpass quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational success.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, including potential expansion locations, industry trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent United for Care at expos and industry events to promote our mission and services.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care funding models.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support sales and promotional activities.
