We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the AAA gaming community and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue management, with a strong focus on the gaming services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gaming industry, particularly in QA and localization services for AAA titles.
- Network: Established network of relevant contacts within the AAA gaming community.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Personal Contribution: Ability to make an impact with your own personal brand, leveraging your network to create immediate client / sales opportunities.

ROLE
The Business Development Manager is a key member of the management team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth across all product streams of the company. This role involves opening up new business opportunities across the global gaming services industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sales Strategy: Contribute to and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
- Client Relationships: Leverage your network within the AAA gaming industry to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped segments.
- Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts and reports to the executive team, including establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and drive revenue performance.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Strategic partnerships: Leverage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market position and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform service improvements and innovation.
