JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for portfolio companies.
• Support portfolio companies’ go-to-market strategies and connect them with local partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with MNCs, regional enterprises, government entities, and other ecosystem players.
• Facilitate collaboration opportunities with government agencies, including research partnerships.

Operations:

• Assist portfolio companies in setting up Singapore operations and accessing key business services.
• Partner with government agencies to drive strategic collaborations.
• Identify potential Board members and Key Opinion Leaders for portfolio companies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in operational support or business development, preferably in Asian markets.
• Experience in healthcare or startups is a plus.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities from technology and industry trends.
• Team player with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
