Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To build influence with RTA and create direct sales to Ethnic Retail stores across Belgium
- Create Sales and motivate customers to order via the BtB E-commerce platform
- To drive distribution, depth of distribution and outlet standards for focus brands
- To implement campaigns in chosen target RTA’s and Ethnic Retail stores
- To build influence with routes to market through long term relationships
- To use these relationships to take transfer orders
- To run or assist outside events and Festivals such as Melas and Chinese New Year celebrations
- Ongoing RTA and Ethnic Retail outlet audits on both Westmill and competitor brands, feeding back information to the business
- Minimum monthly call cycle with indirect customers
- Ensure our brands/ SKUs have correct share of space in RTA and store and implement plans to support category objectives
- To use the CRM system to keep accurate customer records and to drive action
- To make recommendations about businesses that we should trade or build closer relationships with
Responsibilities:
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about positively and proactively representing our brands to increase brand awareness and sales. You will have the ability to build trust and respectful relationships with restaurants, take-aways and ethnic retail stores. Your responsibilities include telesales, implementing campaigns in chosen outlets, running and assisting with outside events and festivals and ensuring our brands are represented correctly in the market. Reporting to the General Manager - Europe, you will be part of a passionate, dynamic and collaborative team.
