KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business, and win-back opportunities within the large corporate segment.
- Develop a targeted approach to engage and win key corporate accounts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to anticipate trends, understand competitors, and position our offering effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers in large corporate accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a consultative sales approach and ensuring exceptional service and value.
- Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and adapt our solutions accordingly.
- Following successful post-sale onboarding and solution implementation, you will transition ongoing customer engagement to the relevant state account manager and continue the pursuit of other opportunities.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure regular reporting on account activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead high-stakes negotiations, understanding the intricacies of large corporate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Develop competitive proposals and pitches that align with client requirements and secure long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals that drive both revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes.
Responsibilities:
As the Enterprise BDM you will grow Winc Sales by acquiring new large customers from Australia’s top tier enterprise. You will map the acquisition strategy, identify, qualify, and execute with key internal stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset and a proven track record in B2B sales within a large corporate environment.
