Wonderist Agency is a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency. We work with dental practices to grow their new patient base through personalized, results-focused marketing. We are a full-service marketing agency that provides a broad range of marketing solutions from website design and development, online advertising, SEO, and social media to radio, account management, photography and videography services. In an industry that has been dominated by cookie-cutter solutions, stock images of smiling old couples and ugly, dated websites, we strive to provide a fresh perspective for dental practices seeking the best results.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced sales executive to join our team and help lead business growth. Wonderist Agency’s founders have lead sales growth for the last 5 years. After 80% growth in 2018, there are more leads than ever and Wonderist Agency is ready to begin building out a formal sales team. The perfect person for this role will feel comfortable understanding and selling digital and local marketing solutions. This candidate should be goal-oriented and have a strong handle on software and digital marketing. We are also looking for someone with management experience who can help build out our sales team in 2019. Experience in the dental or medical field is a plus.

The Business Development Manager will be expected to lead sales calls, prepare proposals, and collaborate with our internal marketing department on campaigns to drive new leads. Wonderist Agency has proven pipelines that deliver weekly leads. Leads are cultivated through emails and online chat before converting to an initial exploratory phone call. We have found success closing deals by educating clients not “selling them”. It’s important that our sales team have our clients best interest in mind at all times. This role will require some travel to national and regional conferences. Our ideal candidate will enjoy talking to and meeting with prospective clients and existing clients in person to discuss their marketing needs.

  • Communication: You will lead sales emails and sales phone calls. Clear communication about client needs, our products, and next steps is a must. Clear communication with the rest of our team about deal flow, internal marketing campaigns, and business development updates is also a must. At Wonderist our motto is “The best dental marketing with a smile!” Having a positive, friendly, client first attitude is a must.
  • Organization: Organization is key to the success of this role. We have a robust CRM that you will use to manage leads, track deal flow, and measure results. Additionally, keeping client communication organized is necessary so we always have prompt follow-ups and quick delivery of proposals and other assets.
  • Analysis: We measure everything we do by its ROI for our clients. In addition to collecting and evaluating monthly practice performance numbers, you will need to be comfortable working in our reporting dashboard to understand the success of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Print, and other campaigns to help support your sales efforts. Finding and developing case studies and showcasing success stories is central to our sales success.
  • Results-Focused: While we like to have fun, we still grind for the bottom line. Setting clear goals and meeting them is a must. One of our company values is “No excuses.” Excuses are for them, not for us. Winners win. Period.
