Job Description

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy and implementation
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, marketing, product overview, clientele feedback and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads with both developers & agencies, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics to subscribe clientele onto platform
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Facilitate introductions to local Sydney based clientele to interstate team members
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

This role pays $90,000 + Super + Commission.
