Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Manager at youXpowered, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market presence across Australia. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, including dealers, lenders, OEMs, and manufacturers, to introduce them to the unique value proposition of our product offerings, such as youXscan, youXApply, and youXmanage. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our partners’ ability to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve higher finance penetration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets in your region
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, lenders, and OEMs
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s footprint
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company goals and product offerings
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients through developing an in-depth knowledge of both our products and value proposition
- Provide feedback on market needs and customer experiences to guide product development
- Required to provide customer training including front end systems, regulatory and compliance training
- Represent youX at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
