    To support our continued growth we are seeking a Business Development Manager for a pivotal role. You will drive the firm’s business development activities and continue to build relationships & recognition across the communities that we support. As part of this, you will deliver a calendar of events and functions as well as oversee the firm’s sponsorship activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Managing Partners and the leadership group to develop the business development strategic plan
  • Manage and execute the program of business development activities in conjunction with your team and other stakeholders
  • Develop the expenditure budget required to deliver the agreed strategy and plan
  • Plan and deliver business development events including conferences, roundtable functions and ‘meet & greet’ events
  • Oversee of the firm’s portfolio of sponsorships
  • Building and enhancing the firm’s relationships with community & representative organisations
  • Management of the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Mentor and develop a small Business Development team
  • Reporting & insights to track performance of the Business Development function.
