• Conduct market research to identify emerging healthcare trends and patient needs.
• Develop a clear business development strategy that aligns with the clinic’s goals, such as increasing patient volume, expanding services, and enhancing brand visibility.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to position the clinic’s services effectively in the healthcare market.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in healthcare management is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Proven success in generating leads, increasing sales, and building client relationships in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with healthcare professionals.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients, medical professionals, and corporate clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HIS) and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, medical services, and patient needs.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
